This technique means that the fermentation of the grape must is deliberately stopped early so that a higher proportion of natural sugar and flavours are retained. Barsol Pisco is produced in the Bodega San Isidro, one of Peru's most prestigious distilleries, using traditional methods. The pisco is matured in stainless steel vats to preserve its authentic character and bring out the fine fruit flavours unadulterated. At 41.8 % vol., it offers an intense but wonderfully balanced flavour experience and is an excellent choice for pisco lovers and connoisseurs of fine distillates.
