Barsol Pisco Acholado is a high-quality, traditional pisco from Peru, made from a masterful blend (acholado) of different pisco grapes. This fine spirit combines the best characteristics of aromatic and non-aromatic grape varieties, resulting in a particularly complex and balanced flavour profile.

Produced in the renowned Bodega San Isidro in the heart of the Ica Valley, this pisco is distilled using traditional methods in copper stills, without the addition of water or other ingredients. The result is a pure, intense and full-bodied pisco that is ideal for drinking straight or as a base for cocktails.
