Caselli Nocino Liquore Artigianale is a traditional Italian walnut liqueur produced in the Emilia-Romagna region according to an old family recipe. The basis of this fine liqueur is a natural infusion of fresh green walnut husks (malli di noce), harvested at the optimum time in summer, when their aroma and essential oil content are at their most intense. It is carefully crafted by hand (artigianale) to preserve the natural flavours and characteristic depth of the Nocino.


After the walnuts have been macerated in alcohol, the liqueur is left to mature for several months, during which time it develops its typically intense dark colour and a harmonious balance of robust walnut flavour, a hint of bitterness, a sweet roundness and subtle spicy notes.
