Saint James Royal Ambré Rhum Agricole is a characterful, amber-coloured Rhum Agricole from Martinique, produced in accordance with the strict guidelines of the AOC Martinique. This rum is made from fresh sugarcane juice – rather than molasses – which gives it its characteristic freshness, herbaceous notes and aromatic depth. The Saint James distillery, founded in 1765, is one of the oldest and most renowned rum houses in the Caribbean. Based in Sainte-Marie on Martinique, it combines traditional craftsmanship with the protected quality standard of the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC).
