Description
Bayou RESERVE Select Barrel Rum is an outstanding rum from the United States, produced in southern Louisiana using locally grown sugar cane. This rum is pressed at the oldest mill in the USA, which gives Bayou Rum its unique authenticity. Only sugar cane is used in the production process, which is distilled in copper pot stills to create a particularly pure and aromatic rum.
Maturation takes place in bourbon casks using the Solera method, with the rum ageing in the casks for up to three years. This method ensures a particularly rounded and harmonious flavour, which is perfect for bourbon lovers. Bayou RESERVE Select Barrel Rum offers a combination of sweet, woody and complex flavours typical of high-quality bourbon-style rums.
