Bayou RESERVE Select Barrel Rum is an outstanding rum from the United States, produced in South Louisiana with sugar cane from the region. This rum is pressed in the oldest mill in the USA, giving Bayou Rum its unique authenticity. Only sugar cane is used for production, which is distilled in copper pot stills to create a particularly pure and flavoursome rum.

Maturation takes place in bourbon barrels and is carried out using the Solera method, whereby the rum is aged in the barrels for up to three years. This method ensures a particularly round and harmonious flavour that is perfect for bourbon lovers. The Bayou RESERVE Select Barrel Rum offers a combination of sweet, woody and complex flavours that are typical of high-quality bourbon rums.
