Description
Lajita Mezcal Reposado with Agave Worm 40% ABV 0.5 l – a traditional mezcal aged in wooden casks, which impresses with its gentle smokiness and distinctive aroma. Made from 100% Agave Espadín, this mezcal embodies authentic Mexican craftsmanship and a centuries-old tradition. A particular highlight is the agave worm (gusano) in the bottle, which is not only a symbol of quality but also lends the mezcal a special depth of flavour.
After distillation, Lajita Mezcal Reposado is aged for several months in American oak casks, giving it a smoother, more rounded profile. The combination of slowly roasting the agave hearts in earth pits and ageing in wooden casks ensures a harmonious balance between smoky, sweet and spicy notes.
