Lajita Mezcal Reposado with Agave Worm 40% Vol. 0.7 l - an artisan mezcal that impresses with its gentle maturation and authentic flavour. Produced from 100% agave espadín, this mezcal epitomises the deep tradition of Mexican distilling. A special feature is the agave worm (gusano) in the bottle, which is valued as a symbol of quality and an additional flavour dimension.

After distillation, Lajita Mezcal Reposado matures for several months in American oak barrels, which gives it a mild, rounded structure. The slow roasting of the agave hearts in earth pits creates a fine smokiness that combines perfectly with the sweet and woody notes of the barrel ageing.
