It is then aged for an impressive 20 years in cherry wood casks, which gives it an unmistakable, warm and deeply aromatic profile. Bottled at 42 per cent by volume, this fine grappa displays a smooth, harmonious structure that perfectly blends long ageing, oak and fruit.
