This rare Riserva is based on a unique composition of 60 per cent Acquavite di Vino and 40 per cent Acquavite di Vinaccia, each obtained from Dellavalle's own vineyards. Thanks to this special production process, the grappa combines the elegance of an aged brandy with the structured strength of a high-quality marc distillate. It then matures for an impressive 20 years in cherry wood barrels, giving it an unmistakable, warm and aromatically deep profile. Bottled at 42 per cent by volume, this fine grappa has a soft, harmonious structure that perfectly combines long maturation, wood and fruit.
