The historic Maison Gautier, founded in 1755, is one of France’s oldest cognac houses. For this XO edition, only exceptionally matured eaux-de-vie from the finest crus – primarily from Grande Champagne and Fins Bois – were used. The long ageing period in oak casks ensures a complex structure, rounded tannins and an aromatic depth that makes this cognac ideal for pairing with cigars.
