It is based on high-quality spirit distilled from wheat and barley, as well as ingredients carefully selected by hand. Ripe juniper berries are harvested by hand from the Giró family’s estates in Teruel. The recipe is complemented by lemongrass, oranges from Valencia, lemons from Seville, three different varieties of grapefruit, kumquat, mandarin and lime. Each group of botanicals is distilled separately before the Master Distiller creates the final blend according to the family recipe. This labour-intensive process results in a particularly crisp citrus gin that combines intense freshness with a classic juniper profile and high quality.
