HA'PENNY Dublin Dry Gin is an Irish dry gin full of character, produced in small batches in Dublin and reflecting the botanical diversity of Ireland. Named after the famous Ha'penny Bridge, one of Dublin's most famous historic bridges, this premium gin from Ireland combines the traditional art of distillation with a carefully balanced selection of botanicals. The name is reminiscent of the time when a half-penny coin - a "ha'penny" - had to be paid to cross the bridge.


HA'PENNY Dublin Dry Gin is pot distilled in small batches and contains 13 selected botanicals that give the gin its complex flavour. In addition to classic ingredients such as juniper berries, coriander and angelica root, special botanicals such as blackberries, dandelion flowers, lavender and geranium provide an elegant floral and fruity flavour. Many of these plants grow around Phoenix Park in Dublin, which already existed in Victorian times when the Ha'penny Bridge was built. The flavour profile is complemented by citrus peel of orange and lemon, black pepper, aniseed, liquorice bark and cassia, creating a harmonious Dublin Dry Gin with floral and citrus nuances.
