The Glenmorangie Distillery, founded in 1843 in the Scottish Highlands near Tain, is famous for its exquisite single malt Scotch whiskies. These are distilled in Scotland’s tallest stills, resulting in a particularly fine and mellow distillate. Glenmorangie is renowned for its innovative cask-finishing technique, which involves maturing whiskies in various types of casks, such as port, sherry and wine casks, giving them a unique depth of flavour.

Glenmorangie The TARLOGAN, a distinctive part of the Legend series, was specially designed for the travel retail market. Its name is inspired by a Pictish king, lending it historical significance.

This single malt Scotch whisky undergoes a unique two-stage maturation process. First, the whisky matures in ex-bourbon casks before undergoing further maturation in virgin oak casks – a method rarely used within the Glenmorangie range. This combination of maturation processes produces an exceptional bouquet that makes Glenmorangie Tarlogan truly special.
