This gin is based on the classic London Dry style, but is enhanced by the addition of hand-picked elderflowers. Over 300 fresh elderflowers are used in the production of each bottle, giving the Warner Edwards Elderflower Gin its characteristic floral freshness and elegant structure. The recipe combines classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange and lemon peel with a secret ingredient. This English elderflower gin was inspired by Adele, the mother of co-founder Tom Warner, whose garden and kitchen played a key role in its development. Furthermore, this Warner Edwards gin is suitable for a vegan lifestyle.
