The Hapsburg Absinthe Quartier Latin range is a celebration of the vibrant bohemian lifestyle of Paris’s Quartier Latin. Absinthe’s popularity soared during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, particularly amongst Parisian artists and writers such as Baudelaire and Lautrec, who featured absinthe in their works. Today, the Latin Quarter in Paris, situated on the left bank of the Seine, is as lively as ever, with a large student population and numerous cafés and bistros where absinthe continues to be enjoyed.
