Oliver’s Exquisito Sistema Solera 1985 40% vol. 0.7 l is an exquisite rum from Oliver & Oliver, which, thanks to its long ageing process and the unique Solera method, offers an outstanding drinking experience. The rum is based on a distillate from 1985 and is matured in a special Solera system, in which different vintages are blended together. This results in a particularly balanced flavour profile and exceptional complexity.
The Exquisito 1985 features a blend of rums with an average age of between 15 and 25 years. Maturation in oak casks gives it a deep, rich aroma characterised by caramel, vanilla and tropical fruits. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., it offers a perfect balance between smoothness and strength, making it an ideal rum for collectors and connoisseurs.
