After his death in 1753, his wife took over her late Manner's vision and realised it. Rachel Martell ran the company very successfully and the cognac quickly became famous in America and England.

It is made from a unique blend of the finest eaux-de-vie from the famous "Grande Champagne" vineyards and is aged in oak barrels for between 40 and 50 years. The strength and richness of this cognac perfectly matches the flavour of the famous Cohiba cigar.
