Hödl Hof Original HIMBEERE Geist 38% Vol. is a fine raspberry spirit from the renowned Hödl Hof distillery in Styria, situated between orchards and vineyards. The distillery is known for its long-standing tradition of producing high-quality brandies and spirits. With an alcohol content of 38% vol., this raspberry spirit offers a strong but balanced fruitiness that is excellent both neat and in cocktails.

The raspberries used for this spirit come from the Stelzer family in Stubenberg am See and are harvested by hand with great care. Only the ripest and most flavoursome berries are selected and brought to Hödl Hof immediately after harvesting. There they are immediately coated with neutral wheat alcohol and then processed in a careful, temperature-controlled fermentation process. Double distillation, in which only the high-proof core of the distillate is extracted, gives the spirit its clear, intense flavours.

The raspberry spirit is then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel, resulting in a smooth and aromatic end product that perfectly reflects the pure flavours of the raspberries.
