Production involves a labour-intensive process in which the botanicals are first macerated and then distilled in copper stills. Dom Bénédictine is subsequently aged in oak casks, which gives it its smooth, harmonious structure. The result is a liqueur that perfectly balances sweet, spicy and herbal notes.
