Quicky fruit liqueur is a fruit-forward liqueur from Germany, centred on the intense aroma of blackcurrants. The dark berries give the liqueur its characteristic sweet-and-sour fruit flavour and lend it a robust, juicy profile. To produce it, selected blackcurrants are extracted to capture their typical fruit flavours. The extracted components are then combined with alcohol and sugar. A resting period allows the mixture to harmonise and develop its distinctive blackcurrant aroma.
