EDEL.STOFF Zirbe 25 by Harry Albel, 30% vol., combines selected Austrian Swiss stone pine cones with meticulous craftsmanship and a deliberately Purist style. The Swiss stone pine cones used, sourced from selected regions of Austria, are hand-picked at high altitudes, selected according to strict quality criteria and processed within just a few hours. A key feature of the production process is the double maceration, which ensures that the characteristic Swiss stone pine aroma is incorporated into the spirit with particular intensity. The mixture is then left to mature harmoniously in a glass demijohn, allowing its individual components to blend together. The result is an Austrian Swiss stone pine speciality with 30% vol., in which the typical aroma of Swiss stone pine takes centre stage and is not overshadowed by a multitude of additional flavours.

Visually, too, EDEL.STOFF Zirbe 25 by Harry Albel stands out clearly from traditional bottlings. Each 0.5-litre bottle is transformed into a unique piece by a hand-painted label, meaning no two bottles are exactly alike. This combination of carefully selected raw materials, meticulous craftsmanship and artistic design emphasises the artisanal character of the spirit. In terms of flavour, the focus is on a well-rounded, clear style characterised by an intense Swiss stone pine note, which comes into its own when enjoyed neat but, thanks to its balanced structure, is equally suited to selected mixed drinks. The EDEL.STOFF Swiss stone pine spirit from Austria thus combines Alpine ingredients, artisanal production and an exceptional bottle design to create a unique speciality.
