Verpoorten Original Egg Liqueur 20% is one of Germany’s best-known classic egg liqueurs and is characterised by a particularly creamy, full-bodied flavour. It is produced by the long-established family business Verpoorten, whose history dates back to 1876. It is based on the company’s tried-and-tested recipe, in which egg yolks, alcohol and sugar are blended to create a harmonious liqueur with a rich, velvety consistency. It is precisely this characteristic creaminess that makes Verpoorten egg liqueur particularly versatile: It is not only ideal for enjoying on its own, but also for enhancing cakes, tarts, custards and other desserts. With its unmistakable yellow colour and classic bottle design, Verpoorten has been closely associated with the German egg liqueur tradition for generations.

With an alcohol content of 20% vol., Verpoorten Original is pleasantly smooth and well-balanced, with the creamy texture and typical egg liqueur sweetness taking centre stage. The 0.7-litre bottle is sold together with a dessert glass, making the set ideal both for immediate enjoyment and as an attractive gift idea. Its wide range of uses is particularly practical: The liqueur can be served chilled or at room temperature, poured over ice and fruit, or used as an ingredient in desserts and cocktails. The Verpoorten Original egg liqueur with dessert glass thus combines a time-honoured classic with a matching glass for sweet moments of indulgence and creative dessert ideas.
