SeRum Mamie 40% ABV 0.7 l is an aromatic rum-based spirit from Panama, which combines matured distillates with selected ingredients such as cocoa, vanilla and toffee. The base is sugar cane molasses from the Pesé Valley in the Panamanian province of Herrera, from which the distillates are produced. The distillates are then aged in ex-bourbon casks before being blended and refined with the characteristic ingredients. The SeRum brand was founded in 2018 by the Czech company Kratochvílovci and combines Panamanian spirits tradition with exceptional recipes. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 0.7-litre bottle, SeRum Mamie is presented in a gift box with two matching glasses.


The inspiration for this Panamanian spirits speciality comes from Mamie Kelly, who ran the legendary Kelley’s Ritz Cabaret in Panama City in the 1920s. Opened in 1925, the venue was renowned for its lively atmosphere and its entertainment, which was considered rather risqué by the standards of the time. With this tribute, SeRum Mamie commemorates an extraordinary chapter in Panamanian bar culture. The combination of matured molasses-based distillates, carefully selected ingredients and a name steeped in history gives this bottling its distinctive character.
