The Marzadro TRENTINA Grappa Barrique Morbida is a particularly smooth grappa from Trentino, with which the Marzadro family pays tribute to their home region. It is produced using pomace from the Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer grape varieties, which are characteristic of the region. Distillation is carried out particularly gently using the Bagnomaria method in a batch still, with controlled temperature management helping to preserve the varietal characteristics of the raw materials. The combination of Chardonnay and the aromatic Gewürztraminer forms the basis for the refined and balanced character of this Italian grappa.


Following distillation, the Trentina Grappa Barrique Morbida is aged for several months in selected casks that previously held the renowned Marzadro Grappa Stravecchia Diciotto Lune. This special barrel ageing lends the grappa additional smoothness and enhances its soft, velvety style. At 41 per cent in the 0.7-litre bottle, the grappa combines traditional Trentino distilling craftsmanship with carefully controlled barrel ageing.
