The Dellavalle Grappa Affinata in botti da SAUTERNES 2007 is an exclusive vintage grappa with an alcohol content of 42 per cent, bottled in a 0.7-litre bottle and presented in a high-quality wooden box. The long-established Distilleria Dellavalle in Piedmont has been synonymous with the art of artisanal distillation for generations, combining high-quality raw materials with exceptional cask ageing. For this special bottling, carefully selected pomace was gently distilled and then matured in ex-Sauternes wine casks. The sweet dessert wine casks from Bordeaux in France lend the grappa additional elegance, delicate fruity notes and exceptional aromatic depth. The 2007 vintage underscores the exclusive character of this limited-edition speciality, making the Dellavalle Grappa Affinata in botti da SAUTERNES a special choice for connoisseurs of high-quality cask-matured grappa and Italian spirits.

Maturation in former Sauternes casks ensures a harmonious interplay of fruity, spicy and subtly sweet nuances. The grappa combines the typical robust character of a traditional pomace spirit with the elegance and finesse of sweet wine maturation in oak. The result is a multi-layered premium grappa that delights both when enjoyed neat and as an exclusive digestif. The elegant wooden box completes the high-quality presentation, making this bottling a stylish gift for collectors, connoisseurs and lovers of exceptional grappa from Italy.
