The renowned Macallan Distillery developed this special bottling in collaboration with the famous Roca brothers of the multi-award-winning restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, to interpret the unique character of Paris in liquid form. Inspired by ‘l’art de vivre’ and ‘l’art de la table’, this whisky impressively combines elegance, sophistication and culinary depth.


For its complex maturation, The Macallan Distil Your World Paris combines various cask types, including sherry-seasoned American oak casks, sherry-seasoned European oak casks, ex-bourbon casks and selected cognac casks. This exceptional combination of casks lends the whisky a creamy sweetness, elegant spicy notes and a multi-layered fruitiness. The aromatic profile is reminiscent of Parisian patisseries, fine perfumeries and the elegant atmosphere of the French metropolis. With an alcohol content of 42.7%, this limited-edition single malt is smooth, complex and exceptionally harmonious.
