Produced by the historic Barbancourt Rhum Distillery, this 15-year-old rum is one of the Caribbean’s best-known premium bottlings. It is made from fresh sugar cane juice, giving this ‘rhum agricole’ style a particularly delicate and authentic aroma that differs markedly from classic molasses rums.
After distillation, the Barbancourt Réserve du Domaine is aged for over 15 years in oak casks, allowing a complex interplay of wood, fruit and subtle spice to develop. The long ageing period ensures a harmonious balance and an elegant depth that set this Haitian rum apart. With an alcohol content of 43 per cent, this matured rum is both powerful and harmonious. It is delivered in a stylish gift box, which further emphasises the premium quality of this bottling.
