It is based on carefully selected Blue Weber agave, which is slowly cooked after harvesting and then gently distilled. The Clase Azul Tequila Añejo is then matured over a Langs period in selected oak barrels, allowing it to develop its complex structure and elegant depth. During this ageing process, harmonious combinations of wood, agave and subtle sweet notes are created, making this matured tequila particularly expressive. With an alcohol content of 40%, this Añejo tequila is soft, round and multi-layered.
