This special bottling marks the return of the legendary Dunville’s Irish Whiskey, once known as the ‘Spirit of Belfast’. The whiskey was first matured for over ten years and then given a finishing touch in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which lend it an intense fruity sweetness and complex depth. Bottled at 46% ABV and, of course, non-chill-filtered, this PX Cask Finish Irish Whiskey retains its full flavour profile and authentic character.
