One component originates from Cuba (vintage 2009) and was matured, amongst other things, for three years in ex-Ratafia Champenois casks, whilst the second component comes from Paraguay, where it was aged for around seven years before undergoing a twelve-month finish in ex-French whisky casks. The result is a multi-layered Compagnie des Indes blend rum that impresses with its depth, structure and elegant balance.
