Description
Description
Andrea Da Ponte INVERUM Amaro Di Radici 28% vol. 0.7 litre is a profound Italian root bitters that reflects the powerful side of nature in concentrated form. The name Inverum is derived from the Latin words invernum for winter and verum for true and refers to the elemental power of the roots and the energy of the earth during the Kaltern season. This characterful Amaro Di Radici is produced by the traditional Andrea Da Ponte in Veneto, where craftsmanship, origin and sustainable thinking are closely linked.
It is produced by infusing selected roots in alcohol and Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco, resulting in a full-bodied, spicy and balanced bitter. At the centre of the aromatic profile are Ingwerer with its sharp, lively spiciness and rhubarb, which provides a deep, Langs bitter note. This foundation is complemented by subtle accents of cinchona bark and bitter orange, which add structure, freshness and additional complexity. At 28% vol., Inverum Amaro is intense, warm and long-lasting. The sustainable claim continues with a bottle made from 100% recycled wild glass, a natural cork stopper with activated charcoal and fully recycled labels and packaging.
