This Plata is produced using the traditional method: the fully ripened blue Weber agaves are gently cooked in a stone oven, then traditionally ground and slowly fermented before being distilled in copper pot stills. The result is an unadulterated, clear agave tequila that clearly reflects both the plant and the terroir. La Mesa Plata is fresh, mineral and purist, with a structure that impressively emphasises the quality of the agave.
