Only fresh Moscato pomace from Piedmont is used for this clear, fragrant grappa speciality, which is distilled in small copper stills to preserve its aroma. Since 1983, the young, family-run company has stood for quality craftsmanship and the precise realisation of traditional distilling methods, which gives this grappa its distinctive varietal character. The clearly structured flavour, fine muscat sweetness and natural lightness make Dellavalle Grappa Moscato a particularly accessible and elegant representative of its category. Bottled at 42 per cent by volume, it remains soft, delicately fruity and pleasantly mild in expression.
