Juniper, Sichuan pepper, local herbs and delicate floral tones form the basis of this complex composition. Created in the Louers Valley, it combines the fresh clarity of the mountains with the aromatic diversity of French flora.


This London Dry Gin gets its unmistakable flavour from the harmonious combination of powerful juniper, spicy Sichuan pepper, lemon balm, citrus nuances and fine floral aromas. After distillation, it is refined by maceration with hand-picked flower petals - a process that not only gives it aromatic depth, but also a delicate rosé colour in combination with tonic.
