The Dellavalle Grappa Demerara In Botti da Rum Edition 07, 42% ABV, 0.7 l in a wooden box, is an exclusive, cask-matured Grappa Riserva that combines the Italian art of distillation with the Caribbean rum tradition. Produced by the renowned Distilleria Dellavalle in Piedmont, this special bottling embodies the distillery’s philosophy: artisanal precision, fine raw materials and exceptional cask ageing, resulting in a harmonious, complex distillate.

For the Grappa Demerara Edition 07, the finest pomace from selected Piedmontese grape varieties is gently distilled to produce a clear, aromatic distillate. This fine grappa is then matured in ex-Demerara rum casks from Guyana – a maturation process that lends it its unmistakable character. The Caribbean casks provide an elegant blend of fruity sweetness, subtle spice and exotic woody notes, which combine perfectly with the grappa’s smooth texture.

With an alcohol content of 42% vol., the Dellavalle Grappa Demerara Edition 07 offers an impressive balance between intensity and smoothness. The elegant wooden box emphasises its premium character and makes it an ideal gift for lovers of cask-aged grappa or collectors of exceptional editions.
