Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Italian Fig & Laurel – Bruno Vanzan Edition is an exclusive special release from the renowned The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, Ireland. This strictly limited edition was developed in collaboration with the internationally renowned Italian bartender Bruno Vanzan and combines the Irish art of distillation with Mediterranean elegance.

Like all Gunpowder Gins, this edition is based on 12 carefully selected botanicals, including juniper, angelica root, coriander seeds, orange and grapefruit peel, as well as the characteristic Gunpowder Tea – a Chinese green tea that lends the gin its depth and subtle spiciness. What sets this Bruno Vanzan edition apart, however, is the addition of Italian fig and bay leaf (laurel), which give the gin an incomparable Mediterranean, fruity and spicy aroma. This combination creates a perfect balance of sweetness, freshness and herbal complexity.

The gin is distilled in small batches in traditional copper pot stills, ensuring precision and the highest quality. The flavour is smooth, rounded and complex – with distinct citrus freshness, ripe fig and an elegant hint of laurel, which lends the gin exceptional depth.
