Helbing Kümmelschnaps is a traditional Hamburg spirit and is one of Germany's best-known caraway liqueurs. With an alcohol content of 32% vol. and bottled in a 0.7-litre bottle, it represents over 180 years of northern German distilling artistry. The Helbing brand, founded in 1836 by Johann Peter Hinrich Helbing, is still closely associated with the Hanseatic city of Hamburg and stands for authenticity, quality and North German drinking culture.
