The Old Barco De Cargas XO Gran Reserva is an elegant premium rum that reflects the long tradition of Caribbean rum culture. Old Barco De Cargas matured for many years in American white oak barrels, which were previously used for maturing bourbon. This barrel ageing gives it an unmistakable depth and enriches its flavour profile with a fine syrupy sweetness and pronounced vanilla notes. Bottled at 40% vol., it is a particularly mild and harmonious rum with an intense flavour.


Its character is characterised by notes of molasses, dark chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla, which clearly sets it apart from classic standard bottlings.
