The Takamaka PTI LAKAZ Rum Batch 3 with 45.1% volume and 0.7 litre content is an exclusive bottling from the Takamaka Distillery in the Seychelles. The distillery was founded in 2002 by the d'Offay brothers and has since become a flagship for high-quality rums from the islands in the Indian Ocean. With PTI LAKAZ, Takamaka presents a limited-edition small-batch rum that combines the typical character of the Seychelles with a special barrel selection.


Batch 3 is an artfully composed blend of rum traditionally distilled in column stills and pot still rum, each aged for different lengths of time in selected barrels. American bourbon barrels, French oak barrels and port wine casks were used, which provide additional depth and fruity accents. This combination gives the rum a complex structure with a balanced interplay of sweetness, spice and fruitiness.
