Ron Quorhum 30 Aniversario Cask Strength is an exceptionally robust premium rum from the Dominican Republic that delights discerning connoisseurs and collectors alike. Produced by the renowned rum distiller Oliver & Oliver, this rum combines Caribbean warmth with Cuban distilling tradition and masterful cask maturation. The 30-year Solera ageing process, in which young and very old rums are skilfully blended, lends the Quorhum 30 tremendous depth and complexity.
In the Cask Strength version, with a robust 50% ABV, the rum is bottled at cask strength, making it particularly intense and aromatic. The cask selection includes former bourbon and sherry casks, which lend the rum its characteristic notes of dark wood, sweet spices and ripe dried fruit. Bottled without chill filtration and in limited quantities, this rum is a real highlight for anyone seeking an authentic, undiluted rum with full flavour.
