This S.O.S. (Very Superior Old Pale) bottling is traditionally double-distilled from carefully selected apple cuvées and is initially matured for several years in French oak before being finished in American wheat whiskey barrels.

The post-maturing in ex-wheat whiskey casks gives the Calvados additional aromatic depth and exciting new facets.
