Made from selected pomace from different grape varieties and distilled using the traditional method in copper stills, this grappa represents the combination of classic distilling skills and elegant ageing. As a Riserva, it must be aged in wooden barrels for at least 18 months according to Italian law - however, the EVO Grappa Riserva uses distillates that have been matured for significantly longer to create a particularly harmonious overall picture.

The long ageing period in carefully selected oak barrels gives it remarkable depth, a soft texture and an aromatic profile rich in spicy and fruity components. With an alcohol content of 42% vol., this grappa is strong but always elegant and accessible - ideal for connoisseurs who appreciate mature distillates with character.
