The recipe is based on a harmonious composition of selected Alpine and Mediterranean herbs, which are macerated separately and then brought together on a grape distillate basis.


Amaro Nonino Quintessentia owes its name to the additional maturation step in oak barrels, which gives this bottling exceptional depth, structure and elegance. This barrel ageing clearly distinguishes it from classic Amari and ensures a round, finely balanced style.
