The Sibona PREMIUM BLEND WITH PEATED MALT Italian Whisky 44% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is produced in the Italian distillery Sibona, which is known for its traditional working methods and high level of craftsmanship. This whisky is based on a premium malt blend that also contains peated malt and is distilled in a bain-marie using a discontinuous distillation process - a process that ensures particularly smooth and clear distillates. Only natural Eva mineral water is used in the production process, which comes from the highest spring in Europe at 2,042 metres and shapes the purity and character of the whisky. Maturation takes place over a long period in small oak casks, which were previously used for peated whisky and therefore support the peaty nuances of the blend. The bottling comes in a high-quality gift box, while the emerald green recycled glass bottle made from "wild glass" is a deliberately sustainable production feature.


At 44 per cent vol., this Italian whisky is an expressive composition that is characterised by patience, cask selection and traditional distilling techniques. The combination of peated and unpeated malt, gentle distillation in copper stills and maturation in small casks gives it a special structure.
