Sibona PREMIUM BLEND WITH PEATED MALTS Italian Whisky 44% vol. 0.7 l + GB is produced at the Italian Distilleria Sibona, which is renowned for its traditional methods and high standards of craftsmanship. This whisky is based on a premium malt blend, which also contains peated malt and is distilled using the batch still method in a water bath – a process that produces particularly smooth and clear distillates. Only natural Eva mineral water is used in the production process; this water comes from Europe’s highest spring, at an altitude of 2,042 metres, and shapes the purity and character of the whisky. Maturation takes place over a long period in small oak casks that were previously used for peated whisky, thereby enhancing the peaty nuances of the blend. The bottle is presented in a high-quality gift box, whilst the emerald-green recycled glass bottle made from ‘Wild Glass’ is a deliberate nod to sustainable production.

At 44 per cent ABV, this Italian whisky is an expressive composition, characterised by patience, cask selection and traditional distilling craftsmanship. The combination of peated and unpeated malt, gentle distillation in copper stills and maturation in small casks gives it a distinctive structure. Sibona Whisky combines elegance, depth and a long-lasting, characterful aroma, representing an exceptional interpretation of the European whisky tradition.
