From the Middle Ages until the 16th century, this kingdom ruled the important sea routes that stretched from the Isle of Man to the Isle of Lewis. This historical significance is reflected in the origin and character of MacNaMara.

The MacNaMara Rum Finish Blended Whisky has been carefully selected and perfected after a traditional maturation in bourbon casks by a refinement in rum casks. This double maturation gives the limited-edition whisky a special complexity and adds a harmonious, pleasant sweetness that makes its flavour even more complex and balanced.
