The Chairman's Reserve Finest St. Lucia Rum THE FORGOTTEN CASKS is produced in the renowned St. Lucia distillery. In May 2007, the distillery was partially destroyed by a devastating fire, but many valuable rums were saved. As the available storage space was too small to accommodate all the rescued rum barrels, temporary places were used to store them.

Some of these casks were forgotten and only rediscovered many years later - hence the name "The Forgotten Casks". This long and unforeseen maturation has given the Chairman's Reserve rum unique and complex flavours that make it a very special drop. The discovery of these forgotten casks has resulted in a special limited edition that is popular with rum connoisseurs and lovers alike.

The additional maturation time in the special storage facilities allows the rum to develop a distinctive flavour profile that is rich in depth and complexity.
