Rebel 100 Bourbon Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a 4-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon that impresses with a strong alcohol strength of 50 per cent by volume. Refined in selected Oloroso sherry casks, this bourbon has a unique flavour profile that is characterised by the original recipe from 1849. The maturation in sherry casks gives it a special depth and sweet notes that combine perfectly with the characteristic "wheated" bourbon style.
