Amatiteña, inspired by the long tradition of agave cultivation in Amatitán since the 18th century, is produced by engineer Alberto Partida Hermosillo, a third generation master tequilero of the Partida family. The brand honours the ancestral customs of Jalisco and the agave fields by maintaining traditional methods of production.

The agave hearts are traditionally crushed with a tahona and then slow-cooked over an open fire and wood to extract the natural sweet flavours. Fermentation with wild yeasts and distillation in copper stills also contribute to the unique flavour profile that makes Amatiteña Tequila Blanco Origen so special.

It is bottled as a high-proof tequila with a full 49% vol. and therefore has an even more intense flavour that delights connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike.
